Why is my email not working or getting an error?

ShipMagic is offered as a benefit and requires the use of your company, school or organization email address. Please make sure to use your registered work or school email (i.e. myname@shipmagic.com or myname@myschool.edu). 

You may also be adding a space at the end of your email address. This is easy to do and can cause an error when validating your email address.
