If for some reason you did not receive your shipping label, or discover a problem with your label feel free to contact us for a refund. You can click on the support icon at www.shipmagic.com. You can also make a request via email to support@shipmagic.com.
To speed things along for the refund, please provide the label tracking number (if you have it), the amount of the purchase and the email address used to purchase the label. This will help us locate the transaction quickly and cancel the transaction.
