There are a number of reasons you may not have received your shipping label. The easiest mistake is that you are not looking for the label in the email box that is on your account. The email you used when you purchased your label is where the label is sent.
It is also possible that the label went to your junk mail or other spam based folders. Please look there to see if that is what happened. You should be looking for an email from order@shipmagic.com.
You may want to add order@shipmagic.com to your address book to make sure future emails don't go to spam/junk. Sometimes even with the best magic we end up getting stuck in that folder.
Sometimes there can be delays or issues when ShipMagic gets the shipping information. In these cases there are automatic retries, so please be patient and try waiting 5-10 minutes to see if the label comes through.
Finally, there may be other reasons you did not receive the label in the email. Just follow the instructions above and then contact our support team and they can refund the label or help troubleshoot the issue. You can also visit www.shipmagic.com and click on the Support link or live chat option.
