There are a few scenarios that can cause label printing problems.
1. Printer Settings - make sure your printer settings are not trying to scale the image to the whole page. You want the label to print at its proper size.
2. When you receive the ShipMagic email with your label, it is important not to try to print the image of the email with the label. Also it is best to avoid using the browses main menu print functions. Printing using these methods does not print the true formatted label, but rather a preview image. It is best to use the printing shortcut or the browsers printing function (not from the main menu) which prepares the actual image. You do not want to just print the browser page. This can also happen in Google Chrome where the browser may try to open the image in Google Drive preview mode.
3. If you continue to have trouble, please try to download the label.pdf file and then open it on your device and then print from that file.
