Our Zebra printer will operate normally in a NAT'ed configuration with no need for any special configurations to expose an IP address or additional Port directly to the Internet. Our Zebra printer works behind the firewall in a NAT'ed configuration just like any other browser-based WebSocket application would operate. We are communicating over the standard HTTP port using standard WebSocket protocols and you should not have any requirement imposed by our Zebra printer to do any special network configurations. If you have any further questions or concerns let's please contact us at support@shipmagic.com.
